By accessing or using the 500Agents platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

500Agents is a Component Intelligence Platform that enables users to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered conversational user interfaces. The Service includes the agent builder, component registry, data source connectors, analytics, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to build agents that generate harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including agents, components, and journeys. 500Agents retains all rights to the platform, its features, and underlying technology. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 500Agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
